In SAS® Promotion Optimization, margin ($) and margin (%) might be incorrect in a category plan that has an overlapping single-day promotion. This issue occurs because of one or both of the following:
- Aggregation incorrectly uses the cost from the first day of the week as the cost value for the entire week.
- Aggregation incorrectly uses the wrong number of cost adjustments within a plan time period.
